19,661 / 1639 =  11.99 years (ie: 11 years, 99 days)

30 days past sept. April june and nov all the rest have 31.....

April - 2 days

May - 31 days

June - 30 days

July - 31 days

August - 31 days

so.... your answer would be,  August 5, 1962

19661/365 = 53.86 years

.86 * 365 = 314 days

1956+53 = 2009

31 * 2+28*2= 118 days in Jan-April 28

314+118= 432 days -365 =67

2010 March 8, but you have to do the math with the leap years figuring 29 days every 4 februraries, lol, I'm too tired to go any further.
