Is there any way to add XLR inputs to a mixer? I have the Samson MDR6 and will need new XLR inputs, but don't want to purchase a new mixer.

Thanks in advance.

  1. One way is to simply buy a multiple input mic preamp.  Then plug the output from it into one of the inputs on your mixer.  Get a mixer that can handle the number of mics you want to add.

  2. 1.  Are you wanting to replace the original XLR connectors (possibly due to damage) with new ones?

    2.  Are you wanting to convert the line inputs to XLR?

    3.  Or are you hoping to provide more input channels? - if so, will you be wanting more microphone channels or more line-input channels?
