Adding a MP4 video from my cell to my computer?

Question

I have my phone hooked up to the USB cord and its plugged into my computer. It will let me add pictures but it won't let me add videos?? It shows the videos on there but its saying something about my computer not being able to find any programs to play it on or something like that. I have windows media player.. will that not play MP4 videos? I want to add it to my computer so I can put it on my photobucket and show my family. On photobucket it says I can upload a video from my cell phone and email it to a certain email it gives me but I can't figure out how to do that. I have a new Sony Ericsson

Your computer wont be able to play it.. The file is a .3GP and wont play on your computer with out a converter.

Cell phones record in .3gp format (for video).
