In the yahoo group that I joined I dont know how to add a picture to my message or add an email I received to a message.. like everyone else can do.

Do I need the pictures to be saved to flickr or can it be on my own harddrive.

  1. there is no easy way, every one does it different, there are many short cuts i am only learning myself,i have found this handy, perhaps it may do the same,http://www.easycomputertips.com/ i hope it helps,i wish you well,peAce.

  2. it depends from where you're adding the picture- posting off the group or your e-mail.

from e-mail, you do not need any other site per say to do this, and one would need to know the mail provider in order to further help- you can always send an attachment if the group allows it. I copy and paste photo's to my mail from my own folders from my computer. my provider automatically resizes them and they end up embedded to the e-mail.

from off the group however, you would need another site to host the codes. Yahoo offfers this help:

Can I use HTML tags or CSS properties in my Yahoo! Groups messages?

  3. You have to save it to flickr or a similiar program then drag the photo into the body of the message.
