Adding an email address to my Yahoo! account?

I've been trying to do this about a month now to no avail. I've checked here for other questions/answers about the problem I'm having, but none of the answers has resolved my particular situation. Here goes...

I'm in several Yahoo groups and prefer to keep the emails for them sorted via different email addresses, so I currently have 9 email addresses added to my Yahoo! account. As I understand it, I can have 10 different email addresses in my Yahoo! account. Earlier I did have 10 email addresses, but deleted one of them so I could add this new one. But nothing I have tried has added my new email address.

Every time I try to add my new email address I get this error message :

"Oops! There's a problem

You've exceeded the maximum number of email addresses that you may add to your account. You may delete one of your existing email addresses, then add another."

Please help me resolve this issue.

it seems you've reached the limit. for such tech issues, you're better off directly contacting yahoo
