Adding someone to a photo..?

Does anyone know what to download if you want to add someone to a photo, and how to do it?

if you don't have photo editor, try gimp,

open both images, select person with lasso tool, copy,

then paste over other picture, save as new layer,

move, adjust image layer size, clear edges,

save as program file, then save copy as jpg,
