My father completed I-130 to apply for greencard for my sister and I who are married. INS recently rejected our petition based on the fact we supplied a recent copy of the birth certificate. As ours was never registered at the time of birth therefore we had to recently apply for one. Please can anyone suggest what other evidence can we provide to show bonafide biological parent/child relationship. many Thanks, Meghna
