Additional home phone line with AT&T cost?

What is the monthly cost to add an additional home phone line with AT&T? I've tried looking on the site but there is no cost listed, only an additional line promotional credit where the installation fee for a new additional line is waived ($38.35). Perhaps I'm just looking over it or there is no monthly fee to have the line added.

Just FYI, I'm looking in the Austin TX - 512 area. Thanks!
