Address for submitting Eagle Scout application in Nevada Area Council?

Question

I'm trying to find where to mail my application for Eagle but I'm not sure if I found the right one. This is what I found:

Nevada Area Council, BSA

1745 S Wells Ave

Reno NV 89502

If someone could confirm this, or if it's wrong, give me the right address, and also tell how you know (you work there, have sent an application there...something like that), I'd be very thankful. If all goes well, I'd like to send it by the middle of the week. Thanks again.

You could try looking on the Boy Scout website to see where to submit it, or ask your troop leader. Good Luck on that!

Congratulations on completing the application. BEFORE you send it in, COPY everything in the packet. Do not send any original documents, unless they specifically ask for originals.

Call the council office and verify the address, and verify to whom the packet should be addressed. There should be an Eagle Scout coordinator or someone who is assigned to process the application. You might want to speak with them and let them know that your packet will be arriving soon.

The safest route is to hand deliver the packet. Next best thing is FedEx. If you have to send it USPS, have it sent registered mail. This is to ensure that your packet arrives safely. It may cost you $20, but this is much less than the hassle of trying to find a lost packet.
