Address of Project 90 in San Mateo?

Does anyone know the address on 9th street of Project 90 in San Mateo? I don't want the mailing address on B street. I want the address on 9th street. My friend is there and I want to send him flowers but its against their policy to give the actual street address although I go there every week to see him!!

Well, to admit, it was tricky finding anything about the 9th street address.  But here's what I found ...  http://www.ncwsa.org/district-13.html   acording to this, the address is 15 9th Avenue, and I'm sure you know the zipcode. I'm not sure if this is accurate but I hope it is.
