Passport Application Collection Centres (PACC) : Passport applications & fees can be deposited at our office or at one of our PACCs which sell the application forms, collect the same, duly filled in, from the applicants & despatch them to our office for further processing.

Speed Post Centres (SPPCC) – have been set up, with the assistance of postal authorities at  Kolkata GPO, Sarat Bose Road P.O and CC Block Business Office.

       The SPPCCs sell the application forms & accept the same duly filled in. These are then sent to this office for processing. Delivery of passports is through Speed Post services.

DISTRICT PASSPORT APPLICATION COLLECTION CENTRES (DPACC) - have been set up in all the district headquaqrters of Sikkim & Tripura. These are to be established in West Bengal in the near future.

         DPACCs function as part of the offices of District Magistrates. Forms are sold & duly filled in applications are accepted at DPACCs. These centres also make references to the police for verification of particulars of passport applications, & send the application forms to RPO,Kolkata along with the police report, for processing. Passports are despatched to the applicants by RPO Kolkata.
