Can't find the actual address, only that it's in the Makombe Building, Harare.  If you did have it, however, I doubt that it would be much help with the state Zimabwe is in at present. From one website: 'Last month, the Zimbabwean Registrar General announced backlogs of up to 300,000 passport applications and a lack of resources to issue anything other than emergency travel documents that some countries are not accepting.'  And the sites below are worth a visit!
