Address to mail a letter to the president of Nicaragua?

I would like to send a letter to the president of Nicaragua, this letter is in regards to a project we are working on in that counrty. Thank you

Your best bet is to send the letter Certified Mail to the Embassy of The Republic of Nicaragua, in Washington, DC. They will forward via Diplomatic pouch any correspondence directly to the Nicaraguan Govt.  I say Certified, so at least you have a written return reciept telling you what day your letter was recieved at the Embassy in Washington and who signed for it.
