Helllo. I thought it was 5 cents and they where going to put it up soon. Sorry i was not much help but i heard it on the Australia new on pay tv. Good luck...

As far as I know, it hasn't gone up yet. If anyone is thinking of bringing a truckload of 5c bottles/cans in from interstate, the government is changing the rules slightly, to make life difficult.
