Administrator password lost on Vista...help?

Well, another administrator on my computer changed my password and took themselves off administrator by accident. Then they forgot what they changed my password to. Now there's basically no administrator on the computer. I'm trying to install the new version of iTunes for my iPod, but I need the administrator's password to go on with the installation. How can I get my password back quickly?

read wat it says (i know it says hack, but its not bad or anything, it is just used to change the password)
