Administrator problems!!???

Hi i'm having some trouble with my laptop. Ok here is the story. I accidently deleted the administrator account and now all of the users are standard users. so when i try to download something or change my account it asks for the administrators password but there is no administrator. can someone please help me and let me know how i can get an administrator account again???

Start your computer and hold on to F8\ Get into safe mode\ Command prompt Type text"control userpasswords2"You can see the admin accounts on your computer, with a guest etc. You will have options there, to reset your password, or even create a new account

Without an administrator account all you can do is re-install the system from scratch.

Okay, after your computer boots and displays the welcome screen, but before you log on:

1. press ctrl+alt+delete twice.

2. Then in the user box type "administrator" and leave the password blank.

3. After it logs on, create another administrator account to use.

4. log off and restart your computer.

5. log on as the admin you just made.
