I am an international Student from New Delhi India and have secured admission to the above institutes. OFcourse, first three are without Scholarships and HArvey Mudd (if admitted after wait list) could possibly offer Scholarship.

Which out of these four could be best for an undergraduate degree in Engineering with Computer Science/Engg major.

  1. Georgia Tech is a top school - probably the best science/engineering school in the Southern United States, and up there with MIT... of the schools you've listed, it is the only one that is really well-known for CS/ENG specifically, to my knowledge. All the smartest science kids in my high school went to Georgia Tech. Of course, Berkeley is a great school all around. Those are the only two schools I know of personally. It would likely be cheaper to live in Atlanta than in California (rents are cheap, including around Tech). Where are the other two? Without scholarship, you should definitely consider the cost of living in the city/area where the school is.

  2. UCB (assuming that's UC Berkeley), if Harvey Mudd doesn't work out.  Congrats, by the way.

  3. go to UCB, it will be your best choice..
