Adobe Dreamweaver : Insert >> Image button greyed out?

Question

I'm trying to insert an image onto Dreamweaver but for some reason the Insert > Image button seems to be greyed out and I can't click on it, any ideas?

I cannot look at it just now.  It is greyed out because your circumstances are not right for that function.
