Adobe Flash Help Please.?

Hello.

I have a flash file, And a text box on my flash

how can i get flash, to save what people type in the flash box, and save it on another file on the web-host.

Its hard to explain, But i need the flash document to save a .txt file which constantly updates as new info is submitted through the text box.

I know its possible, just im not very good with action phrases on flash
