Adobe FlashPlayer says installation completed but the websites wont work when I try them?? Help?

I want to get on YouTube and it says I need the newest version of AdobeFlash Player so I click on the link, install it and it says "installation complete" but then when I go back to youtube it still says it needs to be installed. I cannot use anything that has to do with flah player and I don't know what the problem is.

Can anyone help me?! Thanks

    Did you try refreshing the browser?
