Adobe: Where to buy?

Question

Ok, so I am just 16 but I love the adobe products and I am going for web premium. Although, an issue exists that at the adobe site its 1,499 dollars(in that area). So, I googled it and they featured it for like 649 and they CLAIM to be full versions. Are there any reputable sites that sell it for that number but its not just a claim but fact that its the full and no cutting corners. Because I would really hate to be scammed my savings.
