Adobe after effects importing video?????

I don't know how to import video on to AE from my camera! can anybody help! And it won't import any mgp video. ask if you need more details.

  1. AE dont import video directly from your camera, he just recognize files. For Mpg files you have to install Quick Time from Apple page.
