  1. Try again,Watch the top of your screen.

  2. go back to adobe web site and click on support you will get all the answers you need from Adobe

  3. Ensure Active X is enabled. If you are using IE and in the administrator's account, follow these steps to enable Active X.

    - Select Tools, then Internet Options from the menu at the top of the Internet Explorer window. The Internet Options window will appear.

    - Select Security from the list of tabs at the top of the Internet Options window. The Security tab will appear.

    - Select the Custom Level button. The Security Settings window will appear.

    - Scroll down to the Download signed ActiveX controls entry and select the prompt radio button.

    - Scroll down to the Run ActiveX controls and plugins entry and select the enabled radio button.

    - Select the OK button to accept the changes

You may need to reboot for the settings to stick. Then try to install Flash from Adobe again.

However, it has been reported that some people are having issues downloading the full version directly from Adobe. If that is the case, you may want to try to download it as a standalone.
