Is it possible for the psychological changes during adolescence to occur for a 12 year old male before or faster than a 13 year old male?

  1. Of course, there are always individual differences.  (psychologist)

    (same answer if you mean the first to be female rather than male)...females developmental changes do occur faster than males, even basic growth changes (average age to sit up, walk, etc.)
