  1. I would adopt if unable to have a child.

  2. By all means, adopt.

  3. Your question is confusing to me.  If experiencing the state of pregnancy is important to a female, and she has yet to get ;pregnant, then I suggest she consult with a fertility expert.

It may be that her husband is sterile, or has a very low sperm count.  A zygote can be established through technological methods, and implanted into the uterus of the female.  If the female is seemingly sterile, drugs are available for her to take which will stimulate the development of several mature ova, which can be collected, and developed into a zygote in a lab. This embryo can then be implanted into her uterus.  If pregnancy just isn't possible, and the couple desires to parent a child, adoption is my choice as an intelligent decision.  There are so many children who need to be a member of a loving family,  adoption is a great choice.  Fate seems futile to me.
