Depending on the age of the children you adopt, they may already have names!!  Other then that, you would name an adopted newborn the same way you would name one you gave birth too!  What ever sounds good to you!!

Hm...

I love the names Adam, Luke, Seth and Spencer for boys.

I also like Emma, Stacy, Miranda and Amelia for girls.

It really depends on their looks and nationality...
