hi ummm... well i live in the golf in dubai n thinking of adopting a child ... and my question is can i adopt from the u.s or europe or russia , or can i only adopt from africa and asia ? and if from russia or europe which agency is best ?

Go to Africa, you could save a childs life there! Or anywhere! Adopting is the best thing in a childs life at a foster clinc...

yes you can adopt from many different countries, but they all have different rules

You need to contact an international adoption agency in Dubai for some better advice.  Many of us don't know the rules of your country, sorry.
