We want to start the adoption process within the next year or so and are currently researching our options. As far as we know, we don't have infertility issues. We have chosen adoption as there are SO many kids out there with no families, and I have never been one of those women who crave pregnancy anyway.A friend told me that no social worker will pass us through the home study once they find out that we have no known fertility issues. Is this true? Will we have problems adopting in our situation? I would have thought they'd WANT people to adopt because there are SO many kids without permanent homes.Any information on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
