Adoption Agency???

Question

I have been thinking of opening an adoption agency and I was wondering if I would be able to choose who I took care of.. like ages 2 to 5 or only 16 year olds?

If you were capable and qualified to open an agency you wouldn't ask silly questions like this on a forum like this.

Why would you want to limit the age range?  What is your motivation for opening an agency?

A needy child is a needy child no matter what the age. If you get into the "business", I wouldn't discriminate against any child in need.
