Adoption In Missouri?

What if one wants to put their child up for adoption in the state of Missouri?

Where could one find information?

h**l i raised three kids,they all turned out real good.

I wouldn`t want someone else raising my kids.

dont put your child up for adoption. my two kids are the highlight of my life. well if you are a drunk and a drug addict then i can see why you would want to. go to your local DFS.

There can be big differences between agencies within the same state.  I would look into some adoption support groups and ask people there which ones they do and do not recommend:

If you live in Missouri please consider relinquishing in Kansas since at least records are open in Kansas.

I was born in Missouri and my records were closed.  Its very expensive to have them opened.  Relinquish in Kansas for your child's sake in the future.

I was adopted through Catholic Charaties.  I believe they have one in Ks.

Just make sure you do the best thing by the child.  Seek family support and counseling.
