  1. idk much i know it takes time

and iam glad you are adopting  instand bring some mone else in this world making it more over poplilated

  2. i think that adopting children is a great idea!!!! why not take a child instaed of making more people to ruin the world.

  3. It depends what country you want to adopt from. They are all different, but i know for most you have to have been married ofr at least 2 years and you have to be over a certain age. Google it, there are lots of answers

  4. If you adopt through foster care, it's free in most states (check with your local DHS), and the amount of income doesn't matter as long as you can pay your bills.  In Oregon you have to be married for a year.

So, some tips:  A couple of great books to read are The Primal Wound and Twenty Things Adopted Kids Wish their Adoptive Parents Knew.  Do a lot of research on the effect of adoption on adoptees.  And #1 most important, in my book, is making sure the adoption is necessary.  Most domestic infant adoptions, and international adoptions, aren't necessary, and are actually more harmful to the child than the small amount of good that comes from their adoptive status.  When you adopt from foster care, you can be pretty sure that these children's adoptions are really necessary, and that the adoption was ethical, and the harm to the child is minimal in comparison with the good that comes of it.

Regardless of which option you choose, make sure you go through a reputable agency (if you adopt through foster care, you can go directly through DHS, and you won't need to worry about the sickening behavior of most adoption agencies).  Stick around here for awhile and ask more questions.  This is a great place to learn about the pitfalls of adoption and how to avoid them.  You'll learn a lot about what adoptees go through, what it feels like to be an adoptee, the shady practices that agencies use to coerce mothers into giving up their babies, the baby-selling and baby-farming that goes on in international adoptions, and what kinds of adoptions are actually necessary and beneficial to the child.

I wish you luck on your journey!
