Adoption at age 22?

I have had a har time havin an addicted mom. I have no contact with my family for a few years, but it hurts so much not to have a family this might sound stupid but im 22 and i have a baby i would like to find a family so that my baby can have a grandma to take him out and spend time with him. My husband mom is always working. Any ideas what can I do?
