  1. Move to India

  2. Your Race has nothing to do with Adopting a child

I am confused are you in America ? and a non citizen ?

If so then I don't believe you can adopt unless you are a citizen of that country.

I'm a bit confused by your whole question can you elaborate a bit more ?

  3. I'm not sure if you are Singaporeans living in Singapore or in the US.  I'm not sure if a non-US citizen living in the US can adopt from another country or not.

If you live in Singapore, I would suggest talking to the adoption or immigration authority in-country and inquire about the process of international adoption.

I also do not know if India has an adoption process for Singapore.  Just because India allows one foreign country to adopt does not mean India allows from every other foreign country.  I'm sure that India must have some adoption ministry in-country where you could call or send a letter.

If you reside in the US, you may need to speak with Immigration and ask about the policies for a non-US citizen to adopt from a foreign country while living in the US.

    Good luck.
