Adoption data base?

Im trying to find the 1st adoption service i went through.. it happend in 2005 and I have forgot the name of it...is there anyway of finding where i went

there IS an "adoption database" online somewhere. I'm confused though, do you mean a place you surrendered your child through? a place you registered in a registry through? what do you mean exactly?

There are several sites that can lead you to adoption agencies.  Not all of them have a database, some are simply "phone book" type entries.
