If someone buys a child ,says they are the father ,but are not .Put's their name on the birth certificate while paying the hospital bill months later after birth .Gets a Judge to do the adoption ,custody, whatever , and a lawyer to do the paperwork. Brings the child home .Then gets the wife to adopt the child in another state. Now they are divorced and the mother has the child the other parent gets weekends .

If th authorities found out about the lies on the birth cirtificate and the Judge ,lawyer ,purchase .Is there any legal infractions to the events???Charges ===Or is it all O.K.

  1. I'm not a legal expert, but I'm thinking it's not all okay.  It sounds very illegal, and that there would be charges.

  2. All couples should be able to have only one kid after that abortion.  The world is being overpopulated.

  3. It is illegal.

    There could be charges.

You really should see a lawyer.

  4. Sounds sick and illegal to me!!

  5. That would be illegal. I don't know what the exact charges would be. But it is so totally illegal to buy a child among the like 5 other charges that you would be guilty of. The wife might not be found guilty though depending on whether or not she knew about the whole deal. But I am almost positive you would be guilty of at least child endangerment and you would also have the child taken away from you.

  6. I doubt they'd do anything about it.

Look at the outright lies on millions of adopted individuals' "amended" birth certificates...they obviously have no problem putting lies on a fake birth certificate if someone is adopted, so why would they get too concerned over this?

They'll just say the adopters are the "only parents the child has ever known" and do everything they can to drag it out for years and years until it become in the "best interest of the child" to stay with these people.

Have you paid any attention to the legal battles that n-fathers are fighting in court to get custody of the children they never consented to the adoptions of?

It's a sad but true reality.  This country is too in love with adoption to do what's really right for the child.

  7. If its an international purchase like from China or Guatemala, than its legal. Forgery is the name of the game there, that's why it has been quick and easy.

Domestically you will have problems but with a lowlife attorney, I'm sure they could make it work somehow.
