wad your stand on adoption vs abortion?? do you agree adoption is a better option compare to abortion??? why??

In most cases i would go with adoption so that way the baby can still have a life.. The only time i would ever have an abortion was if i was raped.. Otherwise adoption

adoption is way better. why would you kill a living thing god created to be a beautiful and special thing. If you had an "accident" and got pregnant you shouldn't have been doing it in the first place. My faith in Christ is very strong. There are many people out there who cant have children, and want them and are searching for the right child to come along in the adoption agency, if you don't want your child some one else does.

I guess the real answer is are you pro-life or pro-death? To many people abortion seems like such a waste of life when there are so many people who want to be parents but cannot conceive.

Being realistic it is best that children remain with their birth parents if at all possible. This is a tough pill to swallow for some people...but it is true. Look at Sugarpie's response. Sugar pie obviously has issues around being adopted. Not all adoptees do. Most are grateful for the chance at the life their birth parents gave them.

When it is not possible it is better to place the child in an adoptive family at the earliest point possible. This allows the child to learn to bond and become attached to their new parents. Older children have a more difficult time adapting to a new family and attaching as securely as an infant. That is the main reason adoptive parents usually want to adopt infants rather than older children. It's not unheard of for people to want an older child but it is definately more trying for everyone involved.

I don't think the two should be conflated and am uncomfortable with the anti-abortion forces pushing adoption as they do, as they have a specific agenda which opens the door to corruption and unethical practices such as coersion, in my opinion.

My husband and I are going threw fertility treatments.  I can't imagine why any body would chose abortion.  People don't know how lucky they are to be able to get pregnant.  When there are so many heart broken hopeful couples out there that pray for the postive pg test.  It's heart breaking each month you get a negative.  I think adoption is so much better.  Give that child to couple that will love and cherish it to the end of their lives.

Adoption is always better than abortion because a wonderful child gets to live a great life with someone that really wants them, and cares about them, and will care for them. I'm not against abortions though, but I think there needs to be limitations with it...Lots of limitations.

Its the same. I believe this because it was that person's descion to have s*x and they knew that they could get pregnant. Would you kill someone to have s*x?? I hope not. Then it was your descion. There is forgivness so that's why the world created adoption

A little about me 1st I am 21 and 5 months pregnant and in the process of putting my child up for adoption.

I chose to do it this way because abortion, to me, is murder. Once concieved its a living breathing thing. Although the child will never know me they will have a long wonderful life with a great family that can give them more than I could ever!

i think adoption is better because your not killing a life. Abortion is a terrible thing no matter what age you are. Think about it many couples are trying to have kids and cant, and your having a baby and having an abortion. Many people would kill for a chance to have a baby, thats why adoption is the best answer if your not ready for a baby or if your wanting a baby and cant have one. Abortion is murder.  From the moment of conception everything that is necessary for that child grow into the person that God would have them to be is in place.  The cells need to multiply and divide to develope the child but the heart is beating and that is a person.  Ultra sound will show the baby smiling, sucking it's thumb or playing with the sibling if there is more than one as they do while growing.

I don't know if you believe in God (I hope that you do) but I heard those things directly from Him.  Those that don't believe are entitled to their opinion but aren't they glad that their mothers didn't have abortions?

Absolutely adoption! Just put aside for the moment that loving couple's unable to bear a child of their own are praying and waiting in hope's of giving a child all their heart and life.

Think of the seriousness of destroying and mutilating an innocent baby. YES MUTILATING. Just read about the procedure's being done on these innocent babies and you judge if anyone with heart or conscience could do a thing like this.

It's sadly taboo to feel this way in the demoralized day we live in, but it remains the truth. Abortion is murder and our Nation is doing it's children a disservice in promoting it as an "alternative" to adoption or teaching a woman and man to raise their own child.
