You can't change your dog's paperwork to make you the biological father, that would make no sense.

To make yourself feel better though, you could make a copy of your dog's birth certificate and fill your name in the dad's line.

ummm....I think it would be kinda of hard to give birth to a dog so I'm not sure that this is possible.  You might want to ask your question in another category.
