Adoption question????

Question

My husband and I are thinking of adopting a child when he gets back from Iraq (he's in the Army). We have 3 biological children ages 4, 6 and 8 years old and I was adopted and so was my Dad. I love children so much and wanted to see if anyone knew of a good website or company for adoption in America or another country. Were not picking on the race of the child either.

Adopt through the foster care system.  If you really want to help children this is the best way to adopt.  These are children in real need, and don't think they are all 'damaged' or special needs.  All most of them really need is a stable and loving home in which to thrive.

Contact you local state agencies that handle foster care.  They will be happy to give you what ever information you need.

You could call your local Health and Human services to see if they have a website.  Or try www.adopt.org

FOSTER CARE!

Those are the ones that REALLY need homes, and they are aging out of the system everyday
