Question:

Adoption questions: Are you aware?????

I've had several people try to message me, to ask a further question about my answers, however, I don't think people are aware that when you message someone, that your e-mail address doesn't show up, therefore they can't e-mail you back with a message.

Are you aware that this happens?

  1. Yes, I am aware of that.  It's done on purpose by Y!A so that you don't have to disclose your personal email address.  It's for protecting your privacy.

Like the others have said, just look for the "reply to this message" link at the bottom of the email.

  2. Their email doesn't show up - but there should be a button under the message - saying to reply to message - or something like that.

You can just message back and forth this way - without disclosing your email addresses - if you so wish.

Well - that's how it's worked for me in the past.

    :)

  3. the email address does not show up for protection- however you can reply by going below the message and it says "reply to message here"

  4. Yes, email address don't show up BUT their is a place where it says "reply to this message" and if you hit that link, you can reply.

  5. who cares
