Adrian Morley of Warrington Wolves makes his comeback - Rugby League

Warrington Wolves’ skipper, Adrian Morley, was appreciated for his brilliant performance by Wolves’ coach, Tony Smith who returned from two and a half month’s suspension to lead Wolves against the Wigan Warriors to a 39-12 victory, on Sunday, September 4.
With this massive victory for the Wolves, the top spot within the Super League has been booked by the Wolves which was previously assumed by the Warriors. The defeat for Wigans at Halliwell Jones Stadium has ended their thirteen-match winning streak.
This miss on the League Leaders' Shield by the reigning Champions of the Challenge Cup title was however expected. The Wolves marched into Sunday's clash with a 24-0 lead within the initial 23 minutes of the game before home side answered the visitors with
a try scored by Paul Deacon.
Morley who was going through a troubled double-vision problem will undergo a surgical procedure for his impaired vision on Monday, September 5. Despite going through the fuzzy vision period, the Wolves’ veteran was part of their Sunday’s victory over the
league toppers to snatch away the visitors’ league standings.
Because of Monday’s surgical procedure, Morley will sit out the final clash of the league at Hull.
While speaking about Morley’s surgery, Smith stated, "He'll have a fairly minor operation on a little muscle in his eye and it's a relatively small recovery period. The rest wasn't working for Moz and he saw a consultant and a surgeon midway through the
week with fantastic news. They put their finger on exactly what it was. He'll have a fairly minor operation tomorrow on a little muscle that controls the mechanisms in his eye and it's a relatively small recovery period.”
It was further added by the Wolves’ coach that they were pleased to find out that he was safe from any further damage to his eye  and taking part in Sunday's game will not harm him further.
Smith acknowledged that Morley’s performance was excellent and he had played as if he had never missed a game.
