Question:

Adrian Peterson bad year for fantasy football???

I got AP at my 5th pick in my money league. Only because QB's went early (6Pt'ss for passing tds). So was this a dumb move picking Ap up over Steven Jackson, Joe Addai, or Marion Barber. I also picked up Clinton Portis my 2nd round. But Matthew Berry and dumb fantasy predictors are talking smack about AP. What do you think??

  1. First off anyone who takes a QB in the first round is crazy.  You need to take a RB in the first round like you did.  Personally I would take Addai, Westbrook or Barber over AP.  This is only his 2nd year.  People tend to get all excited over one year.  Those top 3 I mentioned are proving players.  Addai and Westbrook are great out of the backfield too.

  2. Well if its the Bears AP then your stupid, and shouldn't play ever again, but if its the REAL AP then your fine, if he has a season like last year your all good, but don't listen to Mathew Berry, he'll change his mind about every player by the end of the season so he can keep his job.  The only other better RB is LT cause he does his thing on a consistant basis.  I would take AP 5th overall, his upside is too great.

  3. After watching AP run, if he doesnt get hurt he will be lead rusher fo sho

  4. Peterson, barring injury will be the rushing leader.  He is behind a stacked O-line, and I have been following him since OU.  He is the real deal.  I would've picked him over any of the other RB's you mentioned.  Don't worry.  All is well with Peterson.
