A.C Milan Vice-President, Adriano Galliani, has revealed that the Italian Champions have found their ‘Mister X’ and ruled out talks of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Riccardo-Montolivo-c31049.
Milan are in the market for an unnamed world class attacking midfielder and have been linked with several players. Marek Hamsik, Montolivo, Ganso and several other names have been linked with the Rossoneri throughout the summer.
Galliani confirmed that he has identified his transfer target but it is not sure he will buy him or not. He added that the current squad is complete at the moment and they will assess the situation at the end of the transfer window.
The 66-year-old rejected talks linking Fiorentina midfielder, Riccardo Montolivo, to San Siro and confirmed that he had not met the player’s agent.
Talking to the reporters Galliani said: “We have found our Mister X, but that’s not to say he will actually arrive. At the moment there are no plans to buy or sell players, as we are ultra-competitive in our current form.”
“We’ll see if something happens towards the end of the transfer campaign. In any case, we have a precise idea of the player we want. Meetings with his agent are irrelevant. We are discussing the transfer of a few http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/U-17-Youth-team-c40787 players.
We have not spoken about Riccardo.”
Reports in the Italian media have recently linked Palermo midfielder, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Javier-Pastore-c18082, with a move to Milan and they are believed to be tracking the Argentine international.
Milan won the 2010/11 Serie A season to end a seven year trophy drought and Galliani wants to continue their dominance in the league. The Vice-President added that Milan has no financial constraints to deal with and they will have
no problem in splashing the cash if needed.
The Rossoneri have set their sights on winning the UEFA Champions League next season and have already strengthened their squad. Milan have added four new players to the squad in the form of Philippe Mexes, Stephan El-Shaarawy,
