The Rossoneri chief insists that had in not been for the injuries of two vital players, the campaign would have been at a different spot for the Champions.

Galliani revealed the two missing players as one of the greatest worries of the season to President Silvio Berlusconi. The Rossoneri executive insisted that the presence of the two players throughout the campaign would have allowed
the Diavolo to pick up some extra points on the way. He stated that the injuries were unexpected, and not something that usually happen to players in the course of the game.
While talking to the press, the chief of the Champions stated:
“The biggest regret this term, and I told President Silvio Berlusconi this the other day, has to do with Gattuso and Cassano. With those two at our disposal, we would have had a few more points on the board. These are injuries
outside of the norm for a season.”
AC Milan are currently three points behind Juventus in the run to the Scudetto, with just three games remaining in the league.

The chief went on to state that the embrace was a touching moment for him, and he feels delighted to see the striker back into the game.
