The Vice-President of AC Milan has gone on to stress that reports suggesting that there is a war between the Rossoneri chief and head coach are far from the truth.
The Rossoneri have had an eventful summer of 2012, which has cast a cloud of uncertainty over the club and their fans have been following their activities with great scepticism. Where other clubs have gone about strengthening their squads for the upcoming
season, there is a general consensus that the Diavolo outfit has taken a step back in their pursuit of regaining their title as one of the best teams in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926.
If we take an example from the Serie A, we see Fiorentina having made 18 acquisitions in the summer transfer window. Whereas, AC Milan has seen more than 13 players departing from the San Siro, and the club has not made the adequate amount of signings to
cover the departures.
The Diavolo have lost a great deal of experience as players like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gennaro-Gattuso-c14525 have left the club. Besides the experience; they have also lost leaders within the group as they sold two of their best
players in the team. In their acceptance of the 60 million Euros; they lost out on the services of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thiago-Silva-c34903.
Silvio Berlusconi had gone on to state that the club would be saving more than 150 million Euros from the sale of these two players in the coming two seasons. However, this did not appease the fans of the Rossoneri outfit, and has seemingly irked Massimiliano
Allegri as well.
And after the transfer window ended, Galliani had gone on to state that Allegri has no excuse left in order to mount the Scudetto challenge, and this has seemingly irked the coach of the club.
After a dinner was called off between the two club personnel, speculation rose over their apparently strained relationship. Galliani hit back at all such reports and stated:
“I called http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Max-c24993 to tell him the dinner was off. It’s ridiculous, there is too much media focus around what was a perfectly normal summertime dinner. Now the papers are trying to make this into the dinner of peace, or maybe of war, but the truth is that there
is absolutely no war here to talk about.”
AC Milan have not had the best starts to the Serie A this time around.
