La Blaugrana recently managed to beat Valencia 1-0 in the Spanish La Liga, and the Brazilian full-back was happy that his strike sealed the game for his side.
Barcelona have taken the perfect start in order to win the Spanish La Liga this season, winning three out of three game.
The Catalan giants faced Real Sociedad in their very first fixture, and even though many thought that they will not continue their outstanding attacking performances, Tito Vilanova was able to lead his men to a 5-1 emphatic win.
However, La Blaugrana were unable to win the fixture against Real Madrid, as the two Spanish giants squared off during the Supercopa de Espana.
Los Blancos lost the first match at the Nou Camp, as Barcelona won at the Nou Camp, with the final score-line 3-2.
However, Madrid were able to turn the tie around, as they managed to beat a 10-man Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu during the second leg.

The former Sevilla player stated that he is happy with his goal against the Champions League playing La Liga side and while speaking about his strike, the Brazilian full-back stated:
“We knew it would be a tough match,” he told Barca TV. “And that we would have to fight until the end. To win is important, especially when you have a rival like Real Madrid [playing so well].”
“I have tried many times to score a goal like that, but that's the first one. And it's my first goal at home.”
Barcelona will be facing Getafe in the upcoming La Liga fixture and are currently leading the Spanish La Liga table, with Real Madrid at 9th position.
