The Brazilian utility player wants to stay with Barcelona until the end of his contract after featuring sporadically for La Blaugrana during the course of the 2011/12 season.

His infrequent and indifferent displays in the Catalan colours that have hindered him in his claim for a first team berth under Pep Guardiola. However, despite all of his shortcomings, the former Sevilla player revealed that he does not want to move away
from the Camp Nou.
Adriano revealed that he is content with life in Catalunya and is having the best moments of his career. He added that leaving Barcelona for adventures away have not touched his mind and he is focused on spending the next year in Blaugrana colours.
"I still have a lot of things to do at this club," he explained. "I am going through my best moment since I arrived here.”
"I am fine here and my decision is to stay at the club next season."
After finishing their Spanish top flight domestic season on May 12, Barcelona will make their culminating appearance of the 2011/12 campaign against Athletic Bilbao at the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vicente-c36001 Calderon on May 25 in the Copa del Rey final.
Adriano lamented the 13 day gap between the two fixtures, which has delayed their start of the holiday period.
However, he stated that the gap will not have any effect on their preparations for the cup final as they are looking to lift the trophy to give Pep Guardiola a proper sending off.
"It seems that the season is over, but that is not the case for us," the Brazilian noted.
"We are not competing and we will we have to charge our batteries again. But we are training well and we will be ready.”
"We want to win the Copa for Pep Guardiola and also for Tito Vilanova to have his debut in the Supercopa."
Barcelona’s win in the Copa del Rey final will set a Spanish Super Cup final meeting with Real Madrid at the start of 2012/13 season, scheduled for August 23 and 30.
