Paris Saint-Germain have been busy in the transfer marker lately and have already acquired the services of highly-rated Argentine international http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ezequiel-Lavezzi-c13073 and are still in the market for several promising players.
However, the Ligue 1 runners up are not just courting experienced players from other clubs. The capital club is very much focused on their youth structure and are constantly giving chances to their young players.
Earlier this week, Adrien Rabiot, who plays in central midfield position, has signed a professional contract with the Paris club after spending two years at PSG youth academy.
The youngster has expressed his delight over his promotion to the senior squad and is optimistic that he will get fair number of chances in the first team.
While talking to reporters, Rabiot, who is currently training with the senior squad and is on pre-season tour with PSG, stated that working with experienced and excellent coaches has helped him a lot in his career and he is a better footballer than before.

"Over the last two years, I've improved enormously, with excellent coaches. I played a lot so I gained a lot of experience. The training sessions also helped me work hard and well and gave me the opportunity to rub shoulders with the pros."
The Frenchman has termed his rapid promotion to the senior squad as a dream come true. Rabiot feels honoured to be coached by Carlo Ancelotti who he rates in very high regards and believes that the Italian tactician is one of the best coaches in the world
at the moment and PSG are lucky to have him.  
“It's pretty bizarre to be coached by Carlo Ancelotti, after I was watching him on TV just a couple of years ago. I never thought one day he'd actually be my coach.”
The youngster has very high ambitions and wants to make few appearances for Paris Saint-Germain next season. Rabiot is hoping for a chance to play Champions League football, though he admits that it would be very difficult for him to get much playing time
in his first season.
