Adult Chuck-e-cheese or discovery zone?

I'm interested to know if there are obstacle course/gym for adults? I know they have tiny tot gyms and places for children, but what about adults that want to have fun like that?? I live in Maryland.

Dave and Busters is supposed to be like an adult chuck-e-cheese.  I have never been there myself cause there are none around where i live, but their advertising is for adults.

Dave and Busters is like an adult Chuck E Cheese but they don't have an play area for adults haha.  I don't know of any places like that for adults.  They should though...I would go.  Just go to Chuck E Cheese and pretend you're with kids.  I see adults in that playground with their kids.

In Bolton Landing/lake george ny there is Adirondack extreme that's an extreme coarse (zip-lining walking on logs and etc)
