Adult Diaper on Wedding day?

Hi, I'm a 25 year old female. I am getting married soon. I was diagnosed a few years ago with IBS and I am scared that it will act up when we are getting married in front of the minister. I'm sure that it won't, but the thought that it might is causing me some serious anxiety and I don't think that should be the #1 concern on my mind on my wedding day. Should I wear a diaper just for piece of mind? My dress is thin and I'm scared you might see it through it. Any suggestions or advice?

 For my wedding, I had a plan ready that I shared with the person performing the ceremony. If I needed to "go", she would simply announce that there would be some quiet time for the bride and groom to walk about. Knowing that our minister was aware of my problem, and having a plan that she supported made all the difference & took off all the pressure. Good Luck!
