Adult Training Wheels?

Is it possible to install adult training wheels on a bike with gears? I used to bike a lot, but need these wheels because of oesteo issues

Our shop orders and installs fat wheels, that's the way to go.

Yes you can, I've seen quite a few different ones. Check it out at a good cycle shop. Have fun!!!
